[DSL] Ebox won?t get back to me in the direct forum so here is my story

I suscribed to the internet service 3 weeks ago and rented a modem. The technicians came 2 times (one week later than I was told the second time) and they still couldn’t hook me up to the service I paid for. The technician told me both times that the building needed to be connected to the line for them to be able to provide the service, but they can’t tell me when or if they will even have the autorisation to do it. They also told me that he knew for a fact that nothing was planned to be done about the situation and that I should switch provider if I wanted to get connected in the near future. I need internet to work from home so I cannot waste my time like that without even knowing if it will happen. I probably spent 4+ hours on the phone to try and fix this. I finally canceled and started looking for a provider that can guarantee my access, but ebox refused to send me a slip to ship the modem/wifi router back. So I have to pay the shipping cost because THEY can’t provide what I’ve been paying for for about a month. I’ve already wasted so much time, energy and money for the service they told me they could provide and I only ask to be refunded. This is literally theft and I don’t want to spend a penny more on this mess. I don’t even want compensation, i just want to be able to cancel without having to pay for their mistake. I did nothing but comply and do what they asked me to do. Can’t they just make things right and admit that I shouldn’t have to pay for their own mistake?
