Hello,
I've recently signed up with Ebox for 50d/10u VDSL in a high-rise building. The reason I avoided the cable is that to my understanding cable can be congested at rush hours in a dense neighbourhood like mine.
The VDSL is stable so far, the only issue is I'm only getting max 40Mbps down. According to the technician who set it up for me, "45 is the max, and for stability he set the profile at 40". That makes sense, but from what I understand, my VDSL2 modem is capable of handling 100M down. Should I call Ebox for a speed adjustment, since I don't think they will discount me for the missing 20% speed?
Please share your thoughts, thanks!
