As some of you are aware, the incumbents seek an extension to review and vary Telecom order 2019-288 who actually reduce whole rates. Any parties normally have 90 days from the date of a decision to request a review and vary (the deadline was Nov 13 2019). Incumbents requested an extension of 60 days. We opposed to this extension and CRTC give them 30 days extension for a review & vary. So expect some further delays in TO 2019-288. Deadline is now dec 13 2019 for the to seek R&V Thanks
