Hello,
My service dropped at about 7am EST this morning. Only 3 modem lights flashing. I’ve rebooted several times, but nothing has changed.
Thursday last week between 3-4pm, I had the same thing happen. It would go down for 5 minutes, then return for 5 minutes, then go down again for 5 minutes... happened about 3-4 times over that hour. I Called Ebox that afternoon, but they said to call them back when they can get a 6 hour history of my connection issues since the service was currently working at the moment I Called.
This morning, its been down for about 40 minutes and hasn’t returned, but your contact centre does not open until 9am :( . This sucks as both of us here are essential employees unable to work from home.
