[EBOXTV] Guide shortcut

Here's an idea: can we change the logic such that one back button press goes to the guide and a subsequent press goes to the menu? This would resolve the issue on the CCWGTV where we have no dedicated menu button to access the guide like on the STB or the Fire Stick.
