Any changes made on network recently that can affect VOIP ATA's??

I have a small question as I'm debugging a problem I've encountered with my ObiHai202 VOIP ATA. During the months of February and early March (03/05) I was doing some testing on my VOIP ATA and all the calls were going out and coming in with no problem. For two weeks I stopped my testing and I restarted this past weekend to go ahead and transition from my POTS line to my VOIP number, whenever I call my VOIP number now, it tells me that the user is unavailable and forwards to my voicemail. I just want to know if there have been any network changes, or anything pushed down to the modems that would affect VOIP calls? Is SIP ALG enabled by default on the Thomson DCM475 modems?
