Some clarifications is needed for two points:
A portion of our clients already received an invoice with the old price for February due to a system error. Those in that situation will receive the increase for February separately on the next invoice (published around ~7 February for services delivered in March).
For example if the plan is $74.95 and should have been $79.95, there will be a one liner item of $5 and the regular month of march at $79.95. This is just an example, individual price may be different.
For those on METERED Plan:
Also we notice that it was not clear when the bump of +50 GB take effect for those on metered plan. Since our email should have been more clear about when it does take effect (we assume it was clear it start on February 1st), EBOX will apply the extra usage for the month of January also. The system will be updated within the next couple of days to reflect this extra capacity in the customer portal.
