Hi all,
I am scheduled to get hooked up on Tuesday. The email confirmation said, "If you are leasing an apartment in a building, the technician may need to have access to the electrical room."
I am in an apartment, but we don't have an electrical room. My landlord said that the fuse/circuit box in my apartment does allow the power to be cut for my apartment.
Is that all that is needed? The master switch for the building and meter are in the garage.
Will the tech need access to the garage or just the panel in my apartment?
Sadly the Ebox agent I got, couldn't tell me anything.
