Ebox direct support is getting very slow

I noticed the last few weeks Ebox direct customer service responses have been getting very slow. What took 1 or 2 days now seems to be 5 to 10 days to respond to a question. I’m not sure what is going on. Is there another method to get a faster response than waiting an hour on the phone?
