Poor Client Service and Nokia Modem Alarm Light Issue

Hello, I'm reaching out to share my recent experience with Ebox and to seek some advice from the community. I've been experiencing issues with my Nokia modem, specifically, the alarm light has been red since yesterday. I'm unsure how to fix this issue, and it's causing significant disruption to my internet service. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Ebox customer service have been far from satisfactory. I've waited a total of 3 hours on the phone with no resolution. This has been quite frustrating, and I'm wondering if there are any faster methods to get in touch with Ebox support or if anyone has had success resolving similar modem issues on their own. If anyone in the community could offer advice or share their experiences, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
