Since it seems people don't take to the forums unless there's a problem or complaint, I thought I might change things up. I wanted to share my great experiences with Ebox's customer service. Please do share any good experiences you've had!
I've been with Ebox for two years and in that time I've never had to call them for technical issues. I have called them about 3 times to inquire about new promotions, faster internet, price incentives, or more bandwidth.
My most recent call was forwarded to a supervisor, Olivier (I may have been asking for a little more than the regular support could provide...at least I was polite about it). Olivier was very professional and friendly. While I didn't get everything I asked for, I am very happy with the compromise he offered.
I've been extremely satisfied with every call I've made, regardless of whether I got what I wanted or not. This is entirely due to the high quality customer service. I hope this continues and Ebox does not sacrifice this part of their business like many small companies do as they grow!
