I just noticed a ton of ARP requests on the WAN interface of my router. This has been going on for the last 10 minutes. Did something happen? I'm on VCable if that helps.

Edit: A quick lookup of some of the addresses, they all appear to belong to Videotron. Are Videotron trying to DDoS their own network?
Edit 2: I've also noticed I no longer have the same IP address. It changed over night.
