I would like to take the time to thank EBOX for several years if problem free VCable service and a successful transfer of my VCable Internet service to my new home. The technician who showed up was on time, courteous, and had me up in running in no time.
All too often we only see negative experiences about installations and transfers posted in these forums. I understand that having one's installation or service not work as expected can be a very frustrating experience and those affected need a place to vent. However, having dealt with EBOX customer service in the past, they are an understanding bunch who just want to ensure their customers are happy.
So for the silent majority of EBOX customers, thank you so much for the great service at a great price!!!

Je voudrais prendre le temps de remercier EBOX pour plusieurs années de service VCable sans problèmes et un transfert réussi de mon service Internet VCable à ma nouvelle maison. Le technicien qui sest présenté était à l'heure, courtois, et a eu mon service fonctionnel en peu de temps.
Trop souvent, nous ne voyons que des expériences négatives sur les installations et les transferts affichés dans ces forums. Je comprends que le fait quune installation ou un service qui ne fonctionne pas comme prévu peut être une expérience très frustrante et les personnes touchées ont besoin d'un endroit pour évacuer. Cependant, après des interactions avec le service à la clientèle EBOX dans le passé, ils sont un groupe sympathique qui veut juste assurer que leurs clients sont heureux.
Donc, pour la majorité silencieuse des clients EBOX, je vous remercie beaucoup pour le grand service à un prix abordable !!!
