Hi there.
I am unable to access to Internet with my modem (netgear nighthawk D7000). My DSL led is white and Bell's tech assured me that the line is OK. Through the Genie App, automatic configuration doesn't work (that's normal) but when I try to set the configuration using ids sent by Ebox, I am unable to access to Internet. I tried VDSL and ADSL connection too.
I don't know if the issue comes from the modem or not (when I called ebox I said which modem I'll use and the tech didn't say something particular about that)
If somebody can help, it will be appreciate :)
