It has got to improve. It has really gone down in the last few years. I call in, have to wait 20-30 minutes for 12 people ahead of me and then get an agent on the phone who doesn’t seems to know much. Have been in the phone for 45 minutes with her, have spent most of that time on hold. This is exactly why I switched away from Vidéotron. Looks like Ebox is now exactly the same thing. Am very disappointed that they have not been able to keep the quality up. Am trying to swap in a new modem into my account and move to 400mbps....this seems extremely complicated. 48 minutes....now still on hold. Rediculous.
