From the start, EBOX's mission has been to offer you services that meet all your needs and to develop state-of-the-art products that allow you to stay connected in all circumstances.
We would like to inform you that in order to continue to providing you with the best customer experience while ensuring the sustainability of our mission, the price modification for internet packages detailed below will be in effect as of February 1, 2022. This modification will be reflected on the invoice covering services from February 1 to 28, 2022 which will be issued to you on January 7, in accordance with our billing cycle.

Since the last rate adjustment of 2015, EBOX has taken all measures to avoid increasing the price of its services. The soar in operating costs resulting from the pandemic, the increase in salary expenses linked to the inflation of the cost of living and the increase in the cost of supplying capacity caused by the significant increase in the average consumption of our subscribers leads us to make this difficult decision. Your rights: under article 11.2 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to refuse this increase without penalty. Your refusal will result in the closure of your account. If this is your wish, please let us know your intentions.
