Hey guys, i need a couple of beta testers for our new portal that is schedule to be release early December. You need to be an existing customer of EBOX for us to be able to provide a beta login.
If you would like to participate in testing functionality (or security) before release to public please write me in PM your account number and i will add you to our white list.
I will send details after in PM. If you have home phone with EBOX it is even better as we have functions reserve for our home phone service.
Some suggestion for beta tester:
-try to do an on line payment
-try to verify your monthly usage
-try to add blocs (if you need it)
-check your invoices
-verify your long distance
-route your calls to another DID
-change your email address / phone number
-update credit card details or switch to pre-auth payment
Our roadmap is to shutdown the old conso.ebox.ca url once the portal is launch. Any third party extension will no longer work but we're working on an API for trusted coders that want to poll our systems.
