I am a current Rogers internet customer in Ontario (GTA region). I am interested in switching to the 75/10 unlimited promotion (I plan on buying a cable modem) but I have a few questions.
1) Is this offered as a month to month deal or am I locking into a 12 month contract by picking this offer?
2) Am I correct in assuming the process to switch is:
- schedule a cancellation date of my rogers service
- order the EBOX service to start on the same date
- unplug rogers cable modem and plug in EBOX cable modem (no tech visit required)
- it just works (after a few mins)
3) How much time does EBOX need to make this switch? In other words, how far in the future does the cancellation date need to be to allow for a clean transition?
